The measuring tape should be parallel to the floor

• If odd, add 3
• If even, add 4

Measure chest circumference (in inches)

• Wrap the tape across the tip of the breasts.
• Tighten the ribbon just enough so that it does not fall off.

Measure bust circumference (in inches)

• Wrap the tape above your chest and measure the circumference

Calculate cup size

(Bust measurement) - (Chest measurement) = (Cup size)
