The DISTINCTION site is hosted by GODADDY, headquartered in Scottsdale, United States.
The user browsing the Site declares to accept the legal notices and the general conditions of use.
Hypertext links created directly or indirectly from the site or to the site are prohibited, except with the prior written authorization of DISTINCTION, which may be revoked at any time.
4) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DISTINCTION cannot be held responsible for any material or typographical errors that may occur on the Site. 6) TERMINATION OF USER ACCOUNT

8) SALE OF PRODUCTS

Product prices are in Canadian dollars.
The validity of the products is limited to the territory of Canada and for the duration of the online publication of the products.
Offers are subject to the limits of available stocks.In the event of unavailability of a product, DISTINCTION undertakes to notify the Customer within forty-eight (48) hours (excluding promotional periods during which this period may be extended by a few days) from the receipt of the order and to offer it (i) either a new delivery date for the product concerned, (ii) or a replacement product of equivalent quality and price In the event of refusal of these proposals by the Customer, or If the Customer does not respond within 30 days, the order for products that have become unavailable will be canceled and DISTINCTION undertakes not to debit the Customer for the amount of the products concerned. In the event that this amount has already been debited, DISTINCTION undertakes to reimburse the Customer, by the same payment method as that used during the purchase, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the refusal. of the Customer or his lack of response.
